Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KingProja.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free accounts, paid subscribers, and API access holders. Use of the platform after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use KingProja to generate, download, and publish videos for personal or commercial purposes within the limits of your subscription plan. Reselling raw API access to third parties is not permitted.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your text prompts and the videos you generate. Do not use the platform to produce content that is defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

KingProja reserves the right to suspend accounts that generate content violating these terms, without prior notice and without refund for any remaining subscription period.

Intellectual Property

All videos generated through your account are owned by you upon creation. KingProja retains ownership of the underlying AI model, platform code, and interface design. You grant KingProja a limited license to display anonymized video samples for marketing purposes unless you opt out in account settings.

Limitation of Liability

KingProja provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingProja's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or reputational damage.

Third-Party Services

KingProja integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the policies or performance of those services. Their respective terms govern all activity on their platforms.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Report any unauthorized access to info@kingproja.com immediately.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, your stored prompts and video history are deleted within 30 days. Paid subscriptions are not refunded for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of KingProja after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
